Are you exhausted and overwhelmed? Is it finally just too much? Have you made sure everyone else was okay but lost sight of yourself? My aim is to restore hope and help relieve the pressure from the burden you’re carrying. We will explore beliefs and behaviors impacting your peace and build up skills for resilience as we carve out a healthier path for your future.
I currently offer virtual sessions for adults, older teens, and couples dealing with a variety of concerns including fatigue, abuse, trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. My therapy approach is holistic which involves focusing on the whole person mentally/emotionally, physically, spiritually and socially.
This means that I glean from several different modalities to utilize and implement care that best fits you. I’ll meet you where you are and we’ll find what works best for you.
