I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families including. I specialize in PTSD, anxiety and depression, grief, loss and ADHD. I am Gottman and EMDR trained.
In couples counseling, I focus on repeated communication breakdowns, emotional distance, and the aftermath of infidelity or betrayal that has eroded trust—often rooted in one or both partners carrying unhealed trauma that plays out in the relationship. Together, we work toward rebuilding safety, trust, and emotional closeness.
I am seeking clients who are motivated for deeper work, curious about patterns, triggers and their origins.
I help individuals and couples heal from past experiences and build stronger, more connected relationships. I use different treatment modalities, including EMDR when appropriate, tailored to each client’s unique needs. As a Gottman Level 2 trained therapist, I use research-based tools to help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and connection.
I know reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. Many people feel like they should handle their struggles on their own, or worry that no one else could fully understand. Mom's group
In this group we will focus on the challenges of being a mom. We will utilize a variety of different treatment modalities targeted to build upon identified strengths. This group will be a way to meet other mom's and express and problem solve hardships in a safe place. We will utilize a holistic approach to our treatment, utilizing exercise and nutrition to promote a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally.
