It can be difficult holding onto who you are while navigating new pressures, expectations, and painful experiences.
I approach therapy with a humanistic, trauma informed, compassionate lens, focusing on assisting with reconnecting back to who we are. In order to truly understand why choices are being made that keep you feeling stuck, it is necessary to reflect and explore our daily lives, thoughts, feelings, and actions. Gaining self-awareness is vital to making change.
