I am a licensed professional counselor who has provided counseling services for the past 12 years. I am highly trained and have extensive experience working with children and adolescents and the specific developmental and behavioral issues that emerge in children because of mental health issues and trauma. I believe in the power of the counseling relationship and I have seen through my client's experiences the hope that healing and change brings into their lives.
I have successfully facilitated my client's change through a vast array of issues including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, grief, stress, and relationship difficulties through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, I support my client in healing the past and realizing the potential of their future.
