I am the owner of InnerBloom Therapy Services, a group practice of marriage and family therapists, where our mission is to heal relationships from the inside-out. Therapy with us feels warm and comfortable and a place where you learn to feel more at home within yourself and your relationships. Whether you're an individual dealing with anxiety, trauma, or self-worth struggles — or a couple stuck in conflict and disconnection — therapy at InnerBloom is a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect.

I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, a powerful model that helps couples rebuild emotional safety. I am nearly certified in EMDR, which helps clients process trauma, stuck beliefs, and painful memories. I am also Level 1 IFS trained and my work is heavily informed by the principle that we are 1 person made up of multiple different parts.

As an AZ Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, I also support associate therapists on their journey toward licensure and confidence in the therapy room. My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded. I especially love helping clients heal inner child wounds, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate deeper, more meaningful relationships.
