Raquel is passionate about emotional health and helping you connect to and regulate your emotions to improve your communication, self esteem and relationships. Raquel is the host of Feel and Find Out podcast where she dives into the world of emotions and mental health.
I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy which helps partners identify the underlying emotions and unmet attachment needs that lead to disconnection. I am also trained in EMDR, a groundbreaking evidence-based therapy to reprocess trauma, blocking beliefs, emotions and memories. I also have trainings in IFS and utilize parts work often.
Raquel uses the framework of attachment theory and is trauma- based in her approach. Raquel particularly enjoys helping people connect with their emotions and build more fulfilling relationships with self and others.
