Raquel Bermejo, Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California and working with clients statewide via telehealth services. My mission in therapy is to build a safe therapeutic alliance to help move towards what is meaningful to you. Experience working with adult population in the areas of anxiety, depression, panic attacks, life transitions, interpersonal/socialization issues, occupational, educational, activities of daily living, and personal growth.
My goal is to help you navigate these transition periods and gain coping skills to better deal with stressors interfering with how you want to live your life. My intention in therapy is to provide a safe trusting space and embark in an exploratory journey. My communication style is non-judgmental and welcoming.
I use a collaborative and client-centered approach to establish meaningful and achievable goals on areas identified. This often starts with ongoing assessment, exploring areas of need, and tailoring interventions to best fit your goal in therapy.
