I am currently only accepting new clients for Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP) and couples therapy. Sometimes, life can become too overwhelming for us to work through it alone. Whether it be a life transition, tension in a relationship, or past trauma, therapy is a way for you to reconnect with your mind and body and allow you to regain control over your emotions, thoughts and feelings.
I most often use Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness/Grounding Techniques, trauma informed yoga.
I specialize in working with trauma survivors through processing and mindfulness, as well as working with relationships, stress, anxiety, and self-esteem issues.
