My goal is to help you discover the strength already within you and support you in creating lasting change. I am supervised by Lauren Gastorf, LPC-S.
As a trauma-informed therapist and registered yoga teacher, I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, and mindfulness to help clients process trauma, release painful memories, and restore nervous system balance. Together, we will gently unburden the parts of you carrying pain to allow you to reconnect with your authentic self.
