I am an independently licensed social worker and am able to assist people to find healthy ways to work through difficult life experiences such as trauma, anxiety, depression and substance use. I obtained a bachelors degree in psychology at Wittenberg University and went on to obtain a masters' in social work through Spring Arbor University. I have been trained to utilize cognitive behavioral techniques, trauma focused therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I have worked with children, teens and adults experiencing many different barriers in their lives including financial stressors, substance use, past trauma, trauma from victimization, and disabilities.

I will work with you to help you identify the tools already within yourself to overcome whatever challenge you may be facing and empower you to continue using those tools to face whatever may be up ahead. I thank you for allowing me to be apart of your journey.
