The most important result of the first session is that you walk out feeling that I understand you and will be able to be your ally in working through your issues. In other words we need to like each other and you need to feel that I have the expertise to handle your problems and not judge you.
The work I do is cutting edge. I am Certified in Brainspotting. A large amount of the therapy I do, creates permanent change in the brain. Past and present Trauma is permanently released through the body. The work is rapid and gentle, though many feelings are likely to arise.
I have a passion to provide care to people of all races, all genders ethnicities, religious backgrounds and sexual orientation. I feel it is very important to see the client within the oppressions that they experience. Couples will be led to understand how their differences affect their communication.
