Currently taking new clients for individual therapy: As a Therapist with 20 years of experience on the front lines of the mental health field, my professional personality has crafted a helping relationship with thousands of people as they navigated life’s toughest challenges. My “Relational” approach offers a human experience, intended to feel naturally conversational, while at the same time, active in offering coping strategies, psycho-education, analysis, & skill building. I specialize in trauma, parenting, & LGBT+ identity issues, but at heart, I am a Generalist with a Santa’s sack of ideas.
Symptoms tend to improve quickly because I model/teach clients how to be like their own good therapist. Every session intends to nurture skills for bringing compassion and helping relationship to whatever difficulty you are going through. I try hard to meet folks where they are at, and deliver something that feels relevant and worth their time and money.
For examples of my influencers, check out Youtube videos by Kristin Neff, Tara Brach, and Richard Schwartz. Please check that I accept your insurance (I can offer super-bills for reimbursement If your plan offers out-of-network coverage), and reach out with a word about why you are seeking therapy at this time. My caseload has openings as of 4/2/2026.
