Hi, I'm Randy — a psychotherapist based in New York City, licensed in both New York and New Jersey. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, family stress, and the weight of experiences carried across generations. My work is relational, collaborative, and built on a simple belief: healing happens when you feel genuinely seen. The Drive Home is a 6-session online workshop for new and expecting fathers who want to show up fully: for their child, their partner, and themselves. We explore the neurobiology of parenting, attachment, and the experiences that shape the father you're becoming. You'll gain practical tools and real connection with fathers who get it.
