My name is Randy, and I am a licensed clinical social worker who focuses on co-creating safe healing spaces for children, teens, adults/couples, and families. I have experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy from a relational and attachment-based lens. In my sessions, I prioritize healing from generational trauma while honoring the backgrounds, histories, and cultures of those I work with. My commitment is to support recovery from trauma and the subsequent challenges from their experiences while foregrounding our intersecting identities, ethnic and racial healing, and resiliency.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, behavioral and school issues, family conflict, communication, relational harm, ethnic/racial harm, and complex trauma. I am trained and incorporate an eclectic approach rooted in CBT, DDP, AEDP, EFT, play therapy, mindfulness, somatic work, and traditional talk therapy techniques.
I am dedicated to helping you through the complexity, hurt, and lived experiences of your unique and daily life. I hope to support you and meet you where you are using empathy, care, and a commitment to achieve your goals. Wherever you are right now you will not be alone in confronting those challenges, as a student, child, parent, or partner, I am there.
