Tackling these issues alone is very difficult and goes against our nature. Together, we can identify the source of your current dilemma. My willingness and experience can be the necessary extra ingredient for your healing.
I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, addiction, and loss. Most of us have been affected by these experiences and have never been shown an effective and personal way to deal with them. I work with mind, body, heart, and spirit to heal the whole person.
My approach is personal and immediate; you and I can engage your problems in the context of your life, rather than a category or label. Our difficulties began as a good idea, an adaptive solution to an overwhelming life circumstance. They stopped working, and now we need something new.
