I create a safe and judgment-free space, and guide individuals and couples out of the constant struggle to make sense of yourselves, into a process of discovery, contact, and transformation of underlying stuckness and pain. We won't just try to convince you to think, feel and act differently. We will give you a new experience of yourself and others. Together we will break patterns and heal parts of yourself you lost contact with along the way.
Being an MFT doesn't just mean that I work with relationships. It means I understand your individual struggles in context. The way we move through the world results from our attempts to adapt to it. When we understand and honor this, the way to shift becomes available to us.
