Life feels like a lot right now. You might feel stuck in stress, anxiety, or self-doubt and unsure how to get out of it. You just want to feel like yourself again, but it’s hard to know where to start. That’s where I come in. I work with kids, teens, and adults who are ready to feel better but don’t want to do it alone. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed by life, we’ll work together to help you feel more calm, confident, and grounded.
In sessions, I’ll meet you with compassion and zero judgment. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll use a mix of tools that actually work like EMDR (including intensives), CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and play therapy for younger clients. More than anything, I’ll offer a space that feels safe, supportive, and real.
