I offer individuals a safe space to be vulnerable and say things they may have never said out loud before without judgment or criticism. I also work with couples who feel disconnected from each other and want to work on turning toward each other rather than away. I want you to feel confident about life, the ups and the downs.
We’ll work on quieting the inner critic, building confidence, and helping you reconnect, to yourself, to loved ones, and to what matters most. I’m not here to “fix” you; I am here to help you understand yourself better, feel more in control, and enjoy your life.
