Finding a safe, affirming space to explore your concerns can be an important step toward improved emotional well-being. I work with adults navigating gender identity and sexuality concerns, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, and life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is collaborative and mindfulness-based, grounded in respect for each client’s lived experiences and goals. Therapy focuses on building insight, emotional awareness, self-acceptance, and meaningful change at a supportive, manageable pace.
