My primary focus is to help women heal from trauma with ease. I work best with women who present with fears, phobias, self doubt, guilt and overwhelm, chronic stress; women who are sensitive and empathetic, intuitive and insightful. I have a special interest in working with women who have experienced emotional abuse, narcissism, gaslighting, and other forms of interpersonal trauma and abuse. I use mind-body-brain techniques to facilitate deep transformational healing without retraumatization. If you have tried conventional talk therapy, have gained much insight, but limited relief, you may need a more integrative approach.
I use a signature blend of EMDR, EFT tapping, guided imagery, Brainspotting, IFS parts work, and inner child work to process and release chronic stress and trauma. I am also a certified meditation teacher and trauma repair specialist, massage therapist, Reiki master, hypnotherapist and embodiment teacher. My approach is truly gentle and integrative.
I only use practices that I have found to be helpful on my own healing path. It would be my honor to be part of your healing journey; to help you heal wounds, (re)discover your true Self, and harness the healing ground of your own being, your most valuable internal resource.
