Life can feel challenging and unpredictable, and for individuals who are neurodivergent, these challenges can feel even more overwhelming. Questions around identity, self-understanding, and finding where you “fit” in the world can bring up feelings of confusion or disconnection. At times, this sense of feeling lost can contribute to increased anxiety and depression. For adolescents and young adults especially, navigating these experiences can feel incredibly heavy and isolating.
I take a mind-body approach to therapy and often incorporate expressive interventions such as art therapy and poetry/writing. I offer a supportive, client-centered space where clients can move at their own pace while gaining insight into emotional patterns, beliefs, and relationships through talk therapy and psychodynamic work.
I have experience working with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation and emotional overwhelm. I approach this work with care, respect, and collaboration, focusing on creating a safe environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward emotional stability.
