As an experienced counselor, I have specialized primarily in anxiety, trauma, and addictions. As a solution-focused/narrative therapy clinician, my approach is to help my client to identify the problem, explore solutions, and execute the plan. I will assist in finding meaning in your journey and experiences by identifying themes and rewriting the narrative.
