Thank you for considering me to work with you. I understand therapy for a first timer and returning client can be frightening. Congratulations in taking the first step for yourself in reaching out. This is the ideal client. The ready and healthy client is available to allow themselves to be and feel vulnerable to share and tell their stories. This is where the real work begins.. The issues are fear, distrust, poor communication and relationships with them self and others. I help to provide the tools and skills to listen and hear. This allows them to make healthier changes and choices, for healing and growth.
I am inviting you into a safe and nonjudgemental place , to share anything you want and to be heard. I work with couples and individuals. I am Gottman certified , and a supervisor in the State of Florida. I specialize with men's and women's issues, couples, traditional and non, and infidelity. I also work with individuals with anxiety and depression.
I am warm, supportive , a good listener, and empathetic. I treat every client as an individual and use various modalities(CBT, task and goal oriented, talk and others) for each. Every client is heard and treated with kindness and respect. The client therapist relationship is built on trust and mutual respect, allowing the client to be successful in therapy
