About
I have dedicated my life to helping others succeed in breaking habits and dealing with common and complex issues. My goal as a therapist is to assist you in developing skills to help you thrive in life, feel grounded, and have a sense of peace and happiness. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can openly share your perspectives, hopes, aspirations, fears, and treatment goals. I strive to not only listen but to truly hear your thoughts and feelings. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings throughout my training, providing individual, family, and group therapy to teens and adults.
I take an eclectic approach, guiding each client case by case, as no individual is the same. I have worked successfully with individuals who suffer stress-induced traumas, including grief counseling, post-traumatic stress disorder, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anxiety, and depression.
Building rapport with my clients is the foundation of a great working relationship. It is essential to work at my client's level and pace without putting pressure on disclosing difficult information. I practice via my private office, and I offer confidential video sessions.
