Change, even the good kind, can be frightening. Having not just an ally, but an accomplice in your corner can make facing difficult moments feel less daunting. My goal as your therapist is to be that accomplice: a humble navigator, while you remain the captain of your own journey. As a clinical social worker, I have experience supporting clients through a range of concerns, including depression, moderate OCD, stress, perfectionism, self-esteem issues, and interpersonal concerns with family, peers, or intimate partners. I also help clients traverse the complexities of new life transitions.
As for my core expertise, the pillars of my work encompass anxiety, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, and spiritual trauma. As members of our community are more likely to be "neurospicy," I practice with a neurodiversity-informed lens. Clients can also be assured my practice is gender-affirming and inclusive to those practicing consensual/ethical non-monogamy.
