I'm a psychotherapist in practice for more than 15 years and have been a Zen practitioner and teacher for nearly 25 years. I offer in-office and online sessions. I believe that the problems in living that we encounter as human beings are not just "illnesses" but opportunities for learning and growth. I particularly enjoy working with people who have an interest in spiritual practice. If you are a meditator or would like to learn more about meditation, I am happy to provide guidance. I have been teaching Zen since 2004 and became a sensei (fully credentialed Zen teacher) in 2008.
