I draw from a variety of therapeutic models, approaches, and styles to find new/creative solutions for treatment. As a practitioner of evidence-based models (CBT, DBT, etc.) I help individuals manage mental health challenges. I meet individuals where they are, so my approaches to mental health can be person-centered, goal-oriented, or somewhere in between.
