I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Palm Springs, California. I work with adults 18 and over, and specialize in one-on-one therapy and use my background in clinical psychology to help clients learn coping skills to ulitize when they are experiencing emotional distress. I also support the LGBTQ community in meeting their mental health needs. I am committed to creating a safe, warm, and empathetic environment with you as we explore your choices in developing the solution that works for you.
I assist clients work through symptoms of addiction, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, LGBTQ related concerns, relationship issues, and trauma. You might be experiencing challenging thoughts or feelings at this stage in your life. Therapy can be the first step in helping think more clearly, and ultimately feel better.
Pyschotherapy allows an individual to heal from past traumas, deal with everyday life issues, and get professional support while working through difficult life situations. Free consultation available by appointment.
