Over the years, I have worked with numerous clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, and/or family issues that brought them into my office. These issues left clients either looking for someone to help them unpack unresolved feelings, emotions, and thoughts, or suffering in silence. Many times those thoughts, feelings, and emotions needed to be shared with someone who was willing to actively listen and build a healthy and trusting therapeutic relationship with the client to help find relief. I believe that my many years of experience of working with various populations of individuals and families would be of great benefit to those in need of navigating life's obstacles. I am also a Nationally Certified Family Life Educator. I utilize various approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Trauma Informed, and Solution Focused techniques.
