My name is Randa Saleh, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Southern California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with clients of all ages and different walks of life. My focus areas of practice are trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, family conflicts, and personal life transitions. I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for individuals of all ages. I consider their age, cultural upbringing, diagnosis, and what they want to work on in therapy. I typically work with adults.
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy. My intention is to help my clients gain positive coping skills, insight into what they are experiencing, and provide them with the tools that they need to start feeling better.
My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want my clients to feel safe and comfortable to talk to me about anything. I am a great listener and I listen without judgement.
