I am Brooke Durrell, owner of Ranchos Counseling. I enjoy helping children, youth, adults & families through difficult times in their lives. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, and life transition issues. As the wife of a first responder, I am also passionate about supporting first responders, especially other spouses of first responders. Collaboratively we will explore how you cope with and adapt to stressors or life transitions. We will find tools that help you handle challenging situations so they do not affect your personal or professional life.
I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps children & youth struggling with PTSD symptoms. I am solution focused and enjoy increasing client’s self esteem and their ability to make & achieve goals. I enjoy working with youth and adults to help them get through the many life transitions youth and adults are dealing with.
I am proud to serve Madera Ranchos & the surrounding areas. Ranchos Counseling has a quiet and private entrance in Rolling Hills Offices.
