Rancho Del Pacifico clinical staff has more than 30 years of experience working in the field of behavioral health. Our practice serves all ages. In addition to office-based behavioral health counseling, we are able to enhance our clinical practice incorporating horses in treatment. Many of our clinical staff are certified in Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA), Natural Lifemanship and OK Corral. Horses are amazing partners in therapy, please check out our website to learn more. Our office based therapy services offer play therapy, EMDR, CBT and mindfulness as well as therapeutic art and somatic techniques.

We specialize in working with individuals of all ages who experience depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, substance use concerns, and other mental health concerns . We use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential therapy, nature, play, art and somatic, trauma informed principles of care in our sessions.

Our clinical practice is unique in that it brings the opportunity to incorporate equine and animal assisted counseling services. The counseling experience with horses brings new dimensions to counseling to promote deep healing, reduction in stress and anxiety, meaningful connections and can even improve physical health conditions such as hypertension.
