My approach to therapy is client-centered. You determine what the focus is. I have interests in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, life transitions, and trauma. We will draw upon behavioral, acceptance, and solution-focused therapies best suited for your needs. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an eye movement trauma therapy.
I have a deep understanding of how overwhelming life can be at times. My process is grounded in openness, honesty, and humor.
