TELEHEALTH Therapy for Women: I am a licensed mental health counselor and have worked with many different clients and situations over the last 20 years. I have developed a passion for working with women (21 and over) who are struggling with their overall sense of well being. Many are hindered by anxiety, relationship dissatisfaction, stress, and traumatic memories. I use a combination of techniques to help my clients achieve success, such as cognitive behavioral techniques and EMDR therapy. My goal is to help you to gain a new perspective, insight, and hope, to inspire real change.
CURRENTLY OFFERING SECURE VIDEO/TELETHERAPY I offer daytime and nighttime appointments. Please feel free to leave a detailed voice mail message and I will return your call as soon as possible (and usually within 24 hours). Also, please call 911 for any potential emergencies for your safety.
