I use an eclectic approach in therapy, including psychodynamic, somatic, attachment-based, CBT, DBT, mindfulness to support lasting change.

As a Muslim, Pakistani-American therapist as well as a first-generation immigrant, I understand the complexities of navigating culture, family expectations, faith, and identity.
