I also have extensive experience working with relationship problems, anxieties, spirituality concerns, men’s issues, and suicidal thoughts. I use an integrative and person-centered style that includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused Therapy (SFT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) among others, in order to meet the varying needs of each person’s unique experience.
My style is very compassionate and empathetic, with my top priority being: making sure you feel heard and validated in your experiences. While I am supportive, I have been known to bring the receipts and keep my clients accountable to their goals and the changes they want to make.
