Maybe food feels like guilt, control, or a constant mental checklist. Maybe your body never feels “good enough,” no matter what you do. You’ve learned to survive—but not how to rest, feel safe in your body, or nourish yourself without shame. You don’t need to be “sick enough” to deserve support. Therapy can be a space to unlearn perfectionism, heal your relationship with food, and reconnect with yourself—with care, not judgment.

I specialize in supporting BIPOC and first-gen womxn with disordered eating and body image—whether or not you have a diagnosis. Using IFS, DBT, and CBT through a trauma-informed, culturally aware lens, I offer weight-inclusive care rooted in Health at Every Size. Together, we’ll gently explore with curiosity—not judgment—as you reconnect with yourself.
