Hello, my name is Ramon Romero, III. I am very happy that you are looking to better yourself in therapy. I am not going to say that is going to be an easy process, but what I can promise is that I will work with YOU and together we will conquer the things that ail you. I hope that we can work together to get the help that you deserve. I primarily work with trauma, couples, men's issues, anxiety/depression, troubled youth, and anyone struggling with self esteem and self worth.
I combine traditional therapeutic models such as Experiential, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy with trauma informed approaches such as EMDR to work with adolescent issues, trauma/self-esteem and substance and behavioral addictions. I am also Gottman Method trained and work with couples exploring communication and relationship differences.
I am not going to sit here and type that I will make your problems go away. What I will say, is that I will go into the trenches with you and sift through the mud and gunk to figure out how we can work on the difficulties you are facing.
