My specialization is trauma. It writes a story about who you are and what you can expect, then runs quietly for years. I help you find that story, see how it shapes your decisions, and edit it. I bring in breathwork too, because trauma lives in the body, not only the mind. You don't need a new story. You need to edit the one running you.
