I'm an experienced therapist who has worked closely with patients diagnosed with chronic mental health symptoms and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. I’m committed to assisting patients to reach an optimal state of wellness through a whole-body approach. Professionally, I have taken additional training in Integrative Mental Health and Functional Medicine.
