I provide therapeutic counseling services to individuals, couples, adolescents and families. My expertise is Systems Family Therapy. This approach looks at all issues through the lens of the family. Linking patterns and voiced concerns, I employ the family legend in making assessments and treatment decisions.
My personal commitment to spiritual growth is a distinguishing feature of my practice. For the past 25 years, I have dedicated myself to the contemplative practices of yoga and meditation. I believe my patience, non-judgmental approach, listening skills, and compassion are enhanced by my daily practice.
