Now you need to find the right therapist. I believe the most important factor in therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. I strive to make that relationship safe, open and honest. My goals in therapy are to provide clients with the tools and strategies they need to live a better life and to learn to focus on solutions instead of problems.

I'm a retired police officer and have provided critical incident (CISM) services to public safety agencies around the Cape and Islands for over 20 years. Because of my background, I especially appreciate assisting First Responders, as I personally understand the difficulties of their jobs.

I provide varied services like 60 or 30 minute sessions, teletherapy and office-based sessions, and phone support. I have daytime and evening hours available.
