I spent 15 years working with college students whose past was negatively affecting future goals. The previous 6 years I worked with families and children trying to cope with grief, oppositional defiance, anxiety, autism, depression and paralyzed with trauma. I integrate the use of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused, Family, Narrative and Behavior therapy placing a strong emphasis on the use of mindfulness.
