I'm an LCSW specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Collaborative Assessment & Management of Suicidality (CAMS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy!
All sessions via telehealth throughout California.
