I bring my whole self to the therapy room and so should you! People are a sum of many parts, and I try to see my clients for all that they are. I’m a therapist, but also a fly fisherman, plant lover, nature explorer and part time knight. Who are you? I love talking about nerd culture, movies, video games, plants…or anything that you’re passionate about. I also enjoy exploring the deeper parts of the self, such as love, loss, trauma and grief. If you are searching for meaning, purpose, or the elusive ingredient to make your life sing, then I might be the right therapist for you.

My existential approach to therapy guides my work, but I also integrate elements of Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Positive Psychology to find an approach that works for you.
In addition to an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, I also hold a Master’s in Classical Theatre. My background as an artist and performer is what makes me passionate about working with other artists and creatives. I believe that our lives are our greatest work of art, and I would be honored to join you in the creative process.
