Do you feel lonely in your relationship, wondering how you became strangers? Do you keep having the same fight, leaving you both exhausted? One of you feels like your needs are too much, while the other feels like they can never get it right. Maybe you're navigating the aftermath of an affair, feeling angry, confused, and lost. A serious diagnosis, the shift to caregiving, chronic illness, or the loss of a child can leave you grieving the relationship you used to have. I work with people facing divorce, anxiety, depression, grief, and life's bigger questions. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming and I work with people in their 20s - 80s.

I help couples facing disconnection, betrayal, and the heavy things you never expected to carry. Together we will slow the cycle you're caught in, understand what lies beneath the anger or silence, then rebuild trust and connection, or separate with kindness and care. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment Theory.

You don't have to arrive calm, polished, or sure your relationship can be saved. You can cry, curse, laugh, fall apart, or say the thing you've been afraid to say out loud.
