Using my foundation in the neurophysiology of stress and trauma, I will partner with you to cultivate cognitive and body-based tools to cope and find new responses to present challenges.
Everyone holds multiple and complex identities and histories of resilience. I work with people who struggle with parts of themselves, their histories, and the histories of their family and people. I take an anti-oppressive approach to therapy and trauma. I use Trauma-Conscious Yoga, EMDR, somatic therapy and blend traditional and non-traditional approaches.
