I work with women coming from a variety of backgrounds who are ready to confront old habits and lived traumatic experiences that may be holding them back. I use a holistic approach and focus on the whole person, not just symptoms. We will work together to uncover the root cause then focus on building skills, routines & habits to help you thrive.
