I am the best fit for a family who has children between the ages from birth to 24 years old. I offer support to families who are struggling with challenging behaviors from their children and adolescents in home or at school. I offer a unique systemic approach that includes parents in the treatment process that is not found in many other practices. This systemic approach is extremely affective and helps keep parents in the loop and helps families complete the treatment goal faster than other approaches. As I believe therapy for children should be brief and solution focused so they can get back to being a kid.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who specializes in children and adolescent's ages birth to 24 years old with challenging behaviors. The LMFT status I have obtained means I have reached the highest level of licensure possible to practice therapy. I have been working with children, adolescents, and families for over almost a decade.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an intensive therapeutic approach teaching social-emotional and resilience skills for life enhancement. It is an evidence-based treatment with skills that focus on mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness and communication, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. Our group has an inclusive positive and accepting environment that is supportive and monitored that children only take away positive influences from the peers in the group.

Mother Daughter Adolescent Group Therapy
Adolescence is one of the toughest times in any girl’s life. This often causes stress on the relationship between mother and daughter and can cause so much hurt within the family. This group is an ongoing reoccurring group that is meant to be a positive healthy experience where mothers and daughters can come together to learn communication skills, find things in common through fun activities, cover some “cringy” topics together, and find community with other families in the same life stage.
