I have found the difference between being alive and living is rooted in transcending your identity (or sense of self ) beyond one dimensional perspectives, and I utilize the medium of color (and archetypes) to create a bridge between the conscious and unconscious world that exists within, among, and around you.
I help clients by merging meaningful, multi-dimensional connection with a functional recovery. Color can affect neurological pathways in the brain and create a biochemical response. Every color has a wavelength, beyond sight (like the unconscious). Using color to understand feelings, attention, and behavior aids the learning process, specifically cognition.
I pull from multiple modalities but my primary focus is based in Cognitive Enhancement Therapy (CET) , Functional Remediation for bipolar disorder, and Transpersonal Psychotherapy. I want to support you to reclaim (or begin) a relationship to your life beyond what you can see, so that you can truly experience your purpose to living while functioning in life.

Transpersonal Group Psychotherapy | Virtual
An open group model of transpersonal work that draws from psychotherapy and mysticism, creates a miniature intentional community to guide interpersonal relationships, and experience the self in a group setting with collective feedback and progress. These areas are discussed as attentional training, emotional transformation, motivation, refining awareness, and sharing wisdom.
