I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Los Angeles, California. I am practicing for over 25 years and am certified in Attachment-Focused EMDR, a therapy approach shown to be effective in the treatment of trauma and a wide range of other issues, such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. AF-EMDR integrates both mindfulness and somatic approaches to healing trauma, emphasizing the interrelatedness of body, mind and spirit.
I firmly believe that we should all have the freedom to be who we are and to love whoever we want, expressing our sexuality in whichever way we feel most comfortable. I'm proud to support the LGBTQ+, sex-positive, polyamorous and non-monogamy communities. I consider sexuality to be an important part of life that should be celebrated and enjoyed by everyone.
