Feeling stuck, lost, confused, frustrated, or unmotivated? You are not alone. We all need help sometimes, and it takes a lot of courage to take that first step and seek out that help. My passion for this work comes from my own personal struggles with mental health, so I understand how challenging it can be to start on the path to healing. I identify and work with those in the queer/trans/LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM and poly/ENM/CNM communities.
It’s important to have a safe space where you don’t have to expend emotional labor explaining certain aspects of your lifestyle or identity—where you can solely focus on your goals and just being your most authentic self. I work with teens and adults aged 14 and older as well as couples.
I will work with you on looking at the different aspects of yourself and your life as pieces of a puzzle to put together. This involves looking at your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, in addition to the mind-body connection through a variety of techniques including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and positive psychology.
